Strengthening Our Trainers, Strengthening Our Impact!
From August 15–16, CASA Gambia, in partnership with Change the game academy (CtGA), held a Trainer Refresher Workshop at the Gambia National Youth Council.
The refresher was more than just a training -it was a space to:
Revisit our capacity-building journey and align with CASA’s mission and values.
Refresh adult learning principles and share facilitation challenges.
Strengthen coaching strategies and peer learning.
Update modules and plan follow-up with alumni.
Build teamwork and readiness for the upcoming alumni refresher (Aug 18–22).
By investing in our trainers, CASA ensures that knowledge is not only transferred but contextualised -making our trainings more relevant, impactful, and sustainable for communities in The Gambia.
We closed with a circle of reflection, renewed commitment, and shared excitement for the journey ahead.
