Empowering Local Changemakers in The Gambia!
CASA Gambia, in partnership with Wilde Ganzen and Wilde Ganzen Partners, successfully concluded a two-day Linking & Learning Training held at Coconut Residence, Senegambia (9–10 August 2025)- marking the third year since the programme’s inception in 2023.
34 representatives from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) came together for participatory learning, knowledge exchange, and peer-to-peer collaboration-focused on themes rooted in local realities and community needs.
Over the two days, participants explored:
🔹 Local Fundraising Strategies
🔹 Climate Change & Community Resilience
🔹 Project Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring & Evaluation
🔹 Peer-to-peer learning and knowledge exchange tailored to local challenges.
By sharing real community-based solutions, participants strengthened their ability to mobilize support from within. This initiative continues to build CSOs’ capacity to create effective partnerships and implement sustainable, community-driven projects across The Gambia.
Together, we are fostering empowered organizations driving lasting social impact.
